For first time meetings, a deposit of 25% will secure our date. Please know that without putting down a deposit, the date is
not secured & my schedule is subject to change (new friends only).
Deposits of 50% are required for FMTY dates (all friends)
My rates are non-negotiable. The minimum rate covers up to 3 hours as I enjoy having a relaxing and unrushed time together. If you prefer a shorter meeting duration, that's perfectly acceptable, but the rate remains unchanged. For regular acquaintances or frequent meetings, I am generally open to discussing some form of arrangement or semi-arrangement. Feel free to inquire, and let's talk about it :)

Arriving early:
Please do not.
Please leave my envelope in an unmarked, unsealed envelope in
the restroom at the beginning of
our date.
Clean is sexy, so please feel free to use the shower to freshen up upon arrival.
In fact I would greatly appreciate this gesture.
I will always arrive dressed elegantly and appropriately in a form fitting dress or skirt with heels. If you prefer that I arrive in more casual attire, feel free to let me know. I am as comfortable in a little black dress as I am in jeans and a tee.
If you'd like to unwind and have a drink, feel free to bring a bottle of champagne I would be happy to
join you for a glass!
I understand that life happens, but please know that I spend a lot of time preparing
for our dates, and adjusting my schedule accordingly.
Therefore, my cancellation policy Is as follows:
48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
24 hours: will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
